At Nativa Genealogy, we make the genealogy process simple, guided, and transparent.
Here is exactly how our services work from start to finish.
1️⃣ Choose What You Need
Start by selecting one of our services:

2️⃣ Submit Your Request
Once you choose a service:
Fill out the “Request a Record” form
ORSign up for a Membership
OREmail details to epierson@nativagenealogy.org
Please include:
Full name of the person being researched
Type of record needed
Approximate dates & locations
Any documents you already have
The more details you provide, the better the results.
3️⃣ Make Payment
All services require payment before research begins.
Important:
All payments are non-refundable
State/government fees for official documents are separate
We notify you before any additional fees are required
Research begins immediately after payment
4️⃣ We Begin the Search
Once your request is received, we search multiple sources:
State and county indexes
Tribal and Indigenous rolls
Census and population records
Historical newspaper archives
Church and cemetery files

Every search is done manually and thoroughly.
