📌 2. Payment Terms
By purchasing any service, you agree that:
All payments are due in full at the time of request
No work will begin until payment has been received
Payments are non-refundable under all circumstances
Government, state, or archive document fees are separate from our service fees
Additional searches may require additional payment
📌 3. No Refunds
All payments made to Nativa Genealogy are NON-REFUNDABLE.
This includes:
Research fees
Membership fees
Record searches
Consultations
Document retrieval assistance
Custom family trees
Any service, whether completed or in progress
Submitting payment means you understand and accept this policy.
📌 4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate information to the best of your ability
Supply names, dates, locations, and any documents necessary
Respond to requests for clarification when needed
Submit any required authorization or identification forms
Understand that incomplete information may limit what can be found
You are responsible for ensuring all submitted information is correct.
📌 5. Authorization & Legal Compliance
Certain records are restricted by law (including modern birth, death, marriage, and adoption records).

Missing or inaccurate historical records
Denied access to restricted documents

Errors made by third-party archives or agencies

You agree that the company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the individual service.

Membership access includes:

Ability to save and download your tree
Access to members-only tools and resources
Members agree:
Not to share login credentials
Not to misuse or resell the system
Not to upload harmful or inappropriate content
Membership fees are billed monthly and are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate usage terms.
