Starting at $400
We build your family tree for you using the information you provide.
Includes:
Maternal & paternal lines
Up to 4 generations (if records available)
Timeline of births, marriages, & deaths

Digital tree + written summary
📜 RECORD SEARCH SERVICES

Not all records are publicly available. Some documents are restricted by state law, and may require:
Proof of identity
Proof of relationship
Signed authorization
Notarized permission
Power of Attorney (POA)
Government fees
We will always inform you before any additional steps or fees are required.
🔵 3. Birth Records Search
Search Fee: $45
We search all available databases and archives for birth information.
This includes:
State indexes
Archive databases
Church/baptism records
Census references
Newspaper birth announcements
📌 What We CAN Do:
Locate birth record listings
Identify county/state of registration
Confirm if record exists
Determine if certificate is restricted
Provide directions on how to order it
📌 What We CANNOT Do Without Authorization:
Access restricted birth certificates
Order modern birth certificates without permission
Retrieve sealed or confidential documents
📌 If the record must be purchased:
Vital Records State Fee: $25–$40
This is a government charge and separate from our search fee.
📌 If client wants us to retrieve it:
Client must sign:
Authorization form (required in most states)
OR a Power of Attorney that includes authority to obtain vital records

If a certified death certificate is needed:

📌 We do not have unrestricted access to vital records.
We follow all state and federal vital records laws.
📌 We cannot obtain modern birth certificates without:
Signed authorization from the person
OR proof of direct relationship
OR a valid Power of Attorney
📌 Power of Attorney must specifically state:
“Authority to obtain vital records.”
📌 A POA becomes invalid once the person is deceased.
For deceased people, only the estate executor or family can request certain records.
📌 Vital Records fees are set by the government.
They are separate from research fees.
📌 Not all records exist or are accessible.
Some historical records were lost, destroyed, or never filed.
📌 We cannot guarantee what a state will approve or deny.
We will guide you, but final decisions are made by state offices.
