HOW IT WORKS

At Nativa Genealogy, we make the genealogy process simple, guided, and transparent.
Here is exactly how our services work from start to finish.


1️⃣ Choose What You Need

Start by selecting one of our services:

  • Record Search (birth, death, marriage, census, tribal, etc.)

  • Full Genealogy Research

  • Family Tree Builder (membership)

  • Document Retrieval Assistance

  • Genealogy Consultation

Each service has its own pricing and details on the Services page.


2️⃣ Submit Your Request

Once you choose a service:

Please include:

  • Full name of the person being researched

  • Type of record needed

  • Approximate dates & locations

  • Any documents you already have

The more details you provide, the better the results.


3️⃣ Make Payment

All services require payment before research begins.

Important:

  • All payments are non-refundable

  • State/government fees for official documents are separate

  • We notify you before any additional fees are required

  • Research begins immediately after payment


4️⃣ We Begin the Search

Once your request is received, we search multiple sources:

  • State and county indexes

  • Tribal and Indigenous rolls

  • Census and population records

  • Historical newspaper archives

  • Church and cemetery files

  • Military, immigration, and border records

  • Plantation, Freedmen, and estate files

  • Public archives & historical databases

Every search is done manually and thoroughly.


5️⃣ Authorization May Be Required

Some documents are legally restricted.

You may need to provide:

  • A Power of Attorney

We will tell you exactly what is needed if your request falls under restricted access.
